First Love Never Dies

I started skating around first my first year in high-school. I traded my in-line skates for a complete deck and I’ve skated every single day possible since then. Every Saturday morning, we get to meet other skaters at SM City North Edsa Parking lot (it’s now The Block). Those were the best times of my life. I slowly stopped skating when college studies got serious. This is also the period when my skating buddies moved to a different city. My life were never the same again.

10 years and 30 lbs later. I almost forgot how fun this is.

Margaux seems interested, so I let her ride my skateboard.

After a diaper change and putting on jeans and sneakers, she’s back on it again. “Look Dad, no yaya!”

If she keeps practicing, she’ll be able to ollie this high.

One important thing I learned from skateboarding is to always find time to have fun.
